Returns Process
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

- If your item is faulty or damaged, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how to send your package.
- Once your item arrives with us, we will inspect the item to ensure it matches your order and condition expected before approving a refund or exchange.

Important Returns Information
Faulty Products
If you believe you have received a faulty item, please follow the return process. Faulty items will be refunded (including shipping costs) or replaced at no cost to the customer.
Our Mecora Warranty covers faulty items within your order for 12 months after your order has been delivered. If your item develops a fault that is not due to normal wear and tear within 12 months, you are eligible for a return.
Change of Mind/Order Cancellation
We don't accept returns for change of mind. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to cancel your order, time is of the essence in this scenario. If you would like to cancel an order please contact us as soon as possible.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, bedding, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty/hair/body products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Return Approval Processing Times
Processing times can vary depending on the item being returned however we generally complete our item inspections within 3 business days after receiving the item. In the case of a fault, manufacturers may request to inspect an item themselves prior to confirming a fault exists outside of normal wear and tear; in this case, we will communicate this with you and will keep you informed of any changes to an item's inspection and processing time.
Refunds Process
To receive a refund, you must first follow our returns process.
- If your return is approved for refund, you’ll be notified and automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days.
- If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
